Thriller opening ideas

The idea for our thriller opening scene is a six months earlier scene, basically a prelude. this will allow use to give the audience the back story without ruining the film for them.

The main ideas are:

• The antagonist always kills.
• It uses mystery to create suspense.
• The protagonists are trying to collect 8 pages of a diary.
• The antagonist stalks his victims. You never know when he's going to show up.

The camera shot used will be mixture of first person to the standard shots. These standard shots include:

• Close up.
• Mid shot.
• Long shot.
• Extreme close up.
• Birds eye view/crane shot.
